3. Engagement Process
The engagement process follows these steps:
- Step 1 — Discovery Call (Day 0): A free 30-minute consultation to understand your project requirements, goals, and timeline. This call is non-binding and carries no obligation.
- Step 2 — Proposal & Kickoff (Day 1–2): We prepare a detailed Project Scope document outlining the services, pricing, timeline, and deliverables. The project is considered confirmed only after the Client (a) approves the Project Scope in writing (email confirmation is sufficient), and (b) makes the 50% Advance Payment.
- Step 3 — Onboarding: After confirmation, we send an onboarding questionnaire to collect all necessary information about your business, brand assets, content, and preferences. Timely completion of this questionnaire is essential for meeting the agreed timeline.
- Step 4 — Content & Strategy (Day 2–4): We develop the narrative framework and slide-by-slide outline for your approval before proceeding to visual design.
- Step 5 — Design & Revisions (Day 4–12): Full visual design of all slides, followed by revision rounds as included in your package.
- Step 6 — Final Delivery (Day 12–14): Upon Balance Payment, we release the final Deliverables in the agreed formats.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Structure
All projects follow a 50/50 payment structure:
- 50% Advance Payment: Due before work begins. This payment secures your slot in our production queue and covers initial strategy, content development, and project setup.
- 50% Balance Payment: Due upon delivery of the completed Deliverables, before final files are released. The Client will receive a preview of the completed deck for review before making the Balance Payment.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
- Indian Clients: UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), Razorpay
- International Clients: Stripe (credit/debit card, international bank transfer)
4.3 Pricing
All prices listed on our website and in proposals are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes for Indian clients. For international clients, applicable taxes and currency conversion fees may apply as determined by the payment processor.
4.4 Invoicing
We will provide a professional invoice for both the Advance Payment and Balance Payment. Invoices include a breakdown of services, applicable taxes (GST, if registered), payment reference numbers, and our bank details.
4.5 Late Payments
If the Balance Payment is not received within 7 Business Days of delivery notification, we reserve the right to withhold the final Deliverables until payment is received. Projects with outstanding Balance Payments for more than 30 days may be subject to a late payment surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
4.6 Rush Delivery Surcharge
Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available on all packages with a +40% surcharge on the base package price. The rush surcharge is non-refundable once the rush timeline has been committed to, as it requires immediate reprioritization of our production queue.
5. Revisions & Feedback
5.1 Included Revision Rounds
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds:
- Starter Package: 1 revision round
- Growth Package: 2 revision rounds
- Premium Package: 2 revision rounds
- Enterprise Package: 2 revision rounds + ongoing support
5.2 What Constitutes a Revision Round
A revision round is defined as one complete cycle of feedback collection and design modifications. The Client provides all feedback for a revision round in a single consolidated document or email. Piecemeal feedback sent across multiple messages over multiple days will be treated as separate revision rounds.
5.3 Revision Scope
Revisions cover modifications to the existing design direction, including layout adjustments, color changes, text edits, data updates, and element repositioning. Revisions do not cover:
- Complete redesign or change of the approved design direction
- Addition of new slides beyond the agreed scope
- Changes to the narrative structure after the outline has been approved
- Requests that fundamentally alter the Project Scope
Such changes may be accommodated as additional work at our standard rates.
5.4 Additional Revision Rounds
Additional revision rounds beyond what is included in the package are available at ₹2,999 per round. The Client will be notified before any additional charges are incurred.
5.5 Revision Timeline
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the draft. Feedback received after this window may be treated as a new revision round. We aim to complete each revision round within 2–3 Business Days of receiving consolidated feedback.
6. Timelines & Delivery
6.1 Standard Turnaround Times
- Starter: 5–7 Business Days
- Growth: 7–10 Business Days
- Premium: 10–14 Business Days
- Enterprise: 14–21 Business Days
- Rush Delivery: 48–72 hours (with +40% surcharge)
6.2 Timeline Commencement
The project timeline begins on the Business Day following receipt of both (a) the Advance Payment and (b) all required materials from the Client (completed onboarding questionnaire, brand assets, content, data, etc.). Delays in providing required materials will extend the timeline accordingly.
6.3 Client-Caused Delays
If the Client fails to provide feedback, materials, or approvals within the agreed timeframes, the project timeline will be extended by the equivalent number of Business Days delayed. We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by Client delays. If a project is inactive for more than 30 calendar days due to Client non-responsiveness, we reserve the right to close the project. The Advance Payment is non-refundable in such cases.
6.4 Delivery Formats

Specific format requests can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and should be discussed during the Project Scope agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership of Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment (Advance + Balance), the Client receives full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the final Deliverables, including the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the deck for any lawful purpose.
7.2 Pre-Existing Materials
Any pre-existing intellectual property owned by either party remains the property of that party. This includes:

- Our Tools & Templates: Proprietary design tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used by Reedy 1st Decks in the creation process remain our property. The Client receives the output (Deliverables), not the underlying tools.
7.3 Portfolio Rights
Reedy 1st Decks retains the right to showcase the Deliverables (or portions thereof) in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies, and marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating our capabilities. If the Client requires that the work remain confidential and not be displayed publicly, the Client must request this in writing before the project begins. We will honor all such requests.
7.4 Third-Party Assets
If the Deliverables include third-party assets (stock images, icons, fonts, illustrations), we will ensure that all such assets are properly licensed for the Client’s intended use. We will inform the Client of any licensing restrictions or attribution requirements associated with third-party assets.
7.5 Client Content Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content, data, claims, and materials provided to us for inclusion in the Deliverables. We do not verify the accuracy of financial projections, market data, or business claims provided by the Client.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Mutual Confidentiality

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to: business plans, financial data, customer information, proprietary processes, trade secrets, and any information marked as “confidential” or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential.
8.2 Non-Disclosure Agreements
We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting any project. If the Client requires an NDA, please provide it during the Proposal & Kickoff stage. We also have a standard NDA template available upon request.

- Designate a single point of contact for all project communications and approvals
- Provide consolidated feedback within the agreed revision timelines (7 calendar days of receiving drafts)
- Review and approve the narrative outline before visual design begins
- Ensure that all content, data, and claims provided for inclusion in the deck are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on any third-party rights
- Make payments on time as per the agreed payment schedule
- Communicate any changes to project requirements, timeline, or scope as early as possible
10. Cancellation & Termination
